LLS was founded by two project lawyers who have worked together for almost 10 years after having practiced in France and abroad (London, San Francisco) in renowned Anglo-Saxon law firms. They decided to pool their skills and expertise within a human-sized structure, allowing better monitoring of projects and closer relationships with clients. We assist investors (private and institutional) and industrial operators to which we bring our in-depth expertise of the industry and knowledge of the related market practices.

We regularly draft, and negotiate on behalf of our clients, complex industrial contracts in close cooperation with their technical and commercial teams. Also, our assistance extends to the drafting and negotiating of investment agreements, concession agreements and partnership agreements with Host States.
