Adnane Belahcen
Adnane has broad experience acting for investors and industrial operators, with particular emphasis on the energy and infrastructure sectors. He has been extensively involved in several projects and transactions in France and North Africa, as well as in Sub-Saharan Africa and the Middle East. Adnane is also particularly active in West Africa where he regularly advises international investors on OHADA law, the common set of laws to 17 francophone African countries. Adnane is qualified as French Avocat. He works in French, English and Arabic.
Prior to founding Lincoln Legal Services, Adnane practiced for a number of years within the Projects teams of Chadbourne & Parke in London and Shearman & Sterling in Paris. He also occupied the position of General Counsel of ONEE, the Moroccan state-owned power utility company, in Casablanca.
